← Juicy Garden · Wersja polska
The data controller is the game’s publisher: 963 sp. z o.o. (INTUflow brand), ul. Aleksandra Gryglewskiego 6 lok. 8, 80-303 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5842878792, REGON 543615988, KRS 0001214277. The game was created by Olimpia Goździewicz. Contact for all privacy matters: olimpia@intuflow.pl.
When you start the game, it signs you in automatically through Google Play Games Services, with no separate account or password. Google gives the game your player ID (a technical number of your Google Play Games profile), and our server confirms it directly with Google. You manage your profile name, picture and visibility settings in the Google Play Games app; Google processes that data as a separate controller under the Google Privacy Policy.
Leaderboard: your furthest level and number of stars are posted to Google Play Games leaderboards, where other players can see them. You choose who can see your profile and scores in the Google Play Games app.
If you do not sign in to Google Play Games Services or have no internet connection, the game works normally, just without cloud save: your progress then stays only on your phone.
On our server we store:
Purpose: restoring your progress on a new phone or after reinstalling, and protecting rewards you paid for. Legal basis: performance of the service you use by playing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, such as artificially adding currency (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The name you type in your profile, your chosen avatar and your settings (language, form of rank names) stay only on your phone and are not sent to the cloud.
You can send a bug report in the game (profile → “Report a bug”, or “?” during a level). We then send: your description, the game version, a record of your last attempt at a level (level number, the seed of the board’s random generator, the moves you made and the board state after each move), the system browser (WebView) model and screen size as reported by the browser, and the latest entries of the game’s local error log. The report includes your Google Play player ID if you are signed in, or a random installation ID. Purpose: reproducing and fixing the bug. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A report is sent only when you tap “Send”. Please do not include personal data in the description.
The game sends simple statistics to our server: start, end and quitting of a level (level number, win or loss, score, stars and moves, continues used), boosters used, seeds earned and spent (how many and what for), the day you play, first launch, the name of a purchased pack (no payment data) and a tester code used. Statistics are linked to your Google Play player ID or to a random installation ID (no device data). Purpose: tuning level difficulty and improving the game (for example, finding the level where players stop). Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no third-party analytics or advertising tools; statistics go only to our server in the EU. You can turn them off in the game: profile → “Privacy” → “Send game statistics”.
The game server runs on Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) as our processor, on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Only the game server can access the data; the app on your phone cannot read other players’ saves. Like any server, the provider may briefly keep technical connection logs (for example IP address and request time) for security.
We keep your cloud save for as long as you play. We keep bug reports for up to 12 months and game statistics for up to 24 months. If you use a tester code, we record that your account used it (so a code works once). You can ask us at any time to delete all your data from the cloud by writing to olimpia@intuflow.pl with the subject “Delete my Juicy Garden data”. We will delete it within 30 days, together with bug reports and statistics. You can also disconnect the game from your account in the Google Play Games app.
To delete the data on your phone, uninstall the game or go to Android Settings → Apps → Juicy Garden → Storage → Clear data.
You can optionally buy packs of seeds and boosters with real money. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play (Google Play Billing) under Google’s terms: Google collects and processes payment data (for example card, billing address, purchase history) as a separate controller. The game never sees your card number or other payment details. After a purchase, Google gives the game a technical purchase ID, which the game stores on your phone so the same purchase is not rewarded twice. Receipts, refunds and purchase history are in the Play Store.
If Google backup is turned on, Android may include the game save from your phone in your own backup on your Google account. That backup is managed by Google and by you in Android settings.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
The game does not ask for access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, files or other data on your phone. It uses the internet (cloud save, Google Play Games sign-in) and the Google Play billing permission (BILLING).
The game website uses no cookies, tracking scripts or external fonts. The hosting server may keep technical logs (IP address, time, page address) for security and traffic handling.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (you can turn statistics off right away in the game: profile → “Privacy”). Write to olimpia@intuflow.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
The date at the top of this page shows when this policy last changed. Significant changes (for example adding a leaderboard or ads) will be described here before we release the version of the game they apply to.
